Lamb Loin Chops

Lamb Chops are cut from the bone in a single loin and are the most popular lamb cut of lamb. The Loin is the most tender part of the lamb, lean and full of flavour.

Loin lamb chops have a delicious and succulent piece of meat, with just enough fat to intensify the flavour during cooking.

We source our free-range lamb from a selection of NSW farms. 

Cooking Instructions: Our lamb loin chop is best served grilled or pan-fried. Marinate in a mix of olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, salt and pepper, and grill on the BBQ for 10 minutes per side for a deliciously simple al fresco supper.
