Cut from the long back of the pig, the loin provides the leanest meat and some of the most popular cuts. Lightly scored skin to help with crackling. A popular roasting joint offering tasty and tender meat and good value for money. You can also have the option to have stuffed with our own homemade stuffing

For a crisp surface on your roast, be sure the oven is fully preheated before place the roast in it and do not cover the meat while roasting.

Cooking tips:
Make sure that the pork skin is scored by the butcher, cover skin with sea salt. This will help to enhance the crackling effect of the skin which is a very tasty accompaniment to any pork roast.
